Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you use SponsorBoard, operated by SuperHuman Enterprises, LLC, a single-member Wyoming LLC. We tried to write them like a normal person would talk — if anything is unclear, email us. Last updated: 2026-05-17.

1. Who we are

SponsorBoard is operated by SuperHuman Enterprises, LLC, a single-member Wyoming limited liability company fully owned by YouTube creator Jonathan Levi. References to “SponsorBoard,” “we,” or “us” in these terms mean SuperHuman Enterprises, LLC doing business as SponsorBoard. References to “you” mean the individual or organisation using the service.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, connecting a YouTube channel, accepting a sponsor invite, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using SponsorBoard on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under your local law. SponsorBoard isn't designed for children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you're connecting a YouTube channel, you must be the owner of that channel or have explicit authorisation from the owner.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away at hello@sponsorboard.io if you think someone else has gained access. Don't share accounts — each individual user needs their own.

5. Plans, billing, and taxes

SponsorBoard offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Creator, Pro, Business). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars; any applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout and collected by Stripe on our behalf where required by law. We may change pricing at any time, but if we do, we'll notify active subscribers at least 30 days in advance and the new price won't apply to your current billing period. Founding-member (“early adopter”) pricing, when offered, persists across renewals for as long as your subscription stays active.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with SponsorBoard, email hello@sponsorboard.io within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund the charge — no questions asked. The guarantee covers your first paid billing period only; subsequent renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges (see below).

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from the billing settings in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Your paid features stay active through the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier — we don't delete your data, you just stop getting paid features. If you also want your account and data deleted, email us and we'll process that within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy for the full retention story).

8. Acceptable use

Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or designed to break the service. Specifically: no scraping or automated extraction of data beyond what our UI offers; no reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass our paywalls or rate limits; no uploading content you don't have the rights to; no impersonating other creators or brands; no using the service to send spam or unsolicited outreach. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the data and content you put into SponsorBoard — your sponsor list, your channel data, your media kit content, anything you write. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the service for you (and for sponsors you invite to your dashboard). That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

10. Our content stays ours

SponsorBoard the product — the software, the dashboard design, the analytics methodology, the brand — is ours (or our licensors'). You can use it to run your business; you can't copy, resell, or build a competing product on top of it.

11. Third-party data: YouTube + sponsors

SponsorBoard pulls data from YouTube via Google's official APIs, with the OAuth permissions you granted at sign-up. Your use of YouTube data through SponsorBoard is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access any time at Google's security permissions page. When you upload sponsor contact details, you're confirming you have a legitimate business relationship that justifies storing that information. We act as a processor on your instructions for that data — see the Data Processing Agreement.

12. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but we don't offer a formal SLA. Things can break — YouTube's API can rate-limit us, our hosting providers can have outages, our own code can have bugs. If something looks wrong, email us and we'll investigate. Planned maintenance windows, if any, will be announced in advance.

13. Disclaimers

SponsorBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the accuracy of analytics or sentiment classifications (we use AI to classify comments and it makes mistakes; that's why we let creators correct them). Don't make material business decisions solely off our numbers without your own sanity-check.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of SponsorBoard is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100, whichever is greater). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, etc. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

15. Indemnification

If your use of SponsorBoard (or content you upload to it) causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to defend and indemnify us against that claim — including reasonable legal fees. This typically only comes up if a creator uploads someone's information they didn't have authorisation to share.

16. Termination

You can stop using SponsorBoard any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, non-payment after a reasonable grace period, or legal/regulatory requirements. On termination, sections 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, and 16 survive.

17. Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring small-claims proceedings in your local jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email active users and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use of SponsorBoard after that date means you accept the new terms.

19. Contact

Email hello@sponsorboard.io for anything — billing, legal, support, general questions.
